Dear Camp Shout Out Families, Campers, Trainees, and Staff:
It is a remarkable time in history for our nation and the world! Our hearts and thoughts go out to each of you and those you know who have been directly impacted by Covid-19, whether through illness, quarantine, loss of business, and/or disruptions in every day life. This is an overwhelming time for parents and children. We are thinking of all of you and of course about our upcoming 10th Camp Shout Out! As co-leaders of Camp Shout Out, we remain very hopeful that by the time August rolls around, we are going to have the best session ever! We look forward to seeing all of your faces and experiencing the daily magic all bring to the CSO experience.
Of course, we are watching the changes occurring surrounding this pandemic daily, and we do know that response guidelines will continue to shift as the present situation changes. However, we continue to remain hopeful and are working diligently on our program for this summer. Safety of our campers, trainees, and staff is top priority at our camp. We are consulting with both camp and medical professionals to develop a variety of protocol adjustments that would benefit our environment. In addition, we have revised our refund policy, (*see below*)
Enrolled participants will receive updates on our program as we move forward.
Please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. We are happy to answer any of your questions.
With kindness and positivity,
